As a socially responsible company committed to the care of its clients and collaborators, Grupo Lomas has been awarded the Certification in Health Protection and Prevention in Tourist Facilities, endorsed by the Secretary of Tourism and State Health Services of Quintana Roo.

  • Passengers, drivers and transfer staff must maintain social distance while outside of the vehicle.
  • Both passengers and drivers are required to wear face masks inside the vehicle.
  • Capacity has been reduced to approximately 50%, to ensure safe spacing is implemented on shared transfer services
