The Assistance Service Contract of Lomas Safe Travel-Cancellation Insurance is subscribed by and among INFOASIST INFORMACIÓN Y ASISTENCIA S. DE R.L. DE C.V., and its affiliates or subsidiaries, with registered offices at Blvd. Adolfo López Mateos 261, Piso 8, Colonia Los Alpes, Alcaldía Álvaro Obregón, Código Postal 01010, CDMX. INFOASIST INFORMACIÓN Y ASISTENCIA S. DE R.L. DE C.V., has an Excess of Loss Insurance Policy that guarantees the compliance with its assistance services provision obligations stated therein. In the event the user needs an assistance service included in his coverage, INFOASIST INFORMACIÓN Y ASISTENCIA S. DE R.L. DE C.V., undertakes to provide the assistance service through one of its independent providers of its network. The assistance service is not an insurance agreement, therefore INFOASIST INFORMACIÓN Y ASISTENCIA S. DE R.L. DE C.V., commits only to meet the obligation agreed upon, without reimbursing costs from damages or paying cash benefits.
